A few things to know.

Space & setup: Food tents receive a 10 × 10 foot space. For a truck or trailer, include its full dimensions, hitch, open awnings and service area. Share any power or access needs so we can plan with you.
Paperwork: Selected vendors upload their signed release and requested files through a private link. Food vendors also receive a checklist for their menu and applicable permits.
Arrival & placement: Plan for a full day, with setup before opening and pack-down afterwards. We will confirm your placement and arrival and departure times as plans are finalized.
