Last updated: February 8, 2026
This agreement applies to all event submissions accepted into the Asian Art & Heritage Festival programming calendar.
1. Promotion rights
You grant AAHF and Arts & Humanities Bainbridge permission to promote your event across festival channels, including website listings, social posts, email newsletters, media outreach, and printed collateral.
2. Content provided by organizer
You agree to provide accurate event details and any required updates in a timely way, including title, date, time, location, summary, and organizer contact information.
3. Creative assets
By submitting logos, photos, flyers, and copy, you confirm you have rights to use that material and allow AAHF to resize, crop, and adapt assets for marketing formats.
4. Editorial standards
AAHF may edit submitted text for clarity, style, length, and consistency while preserving core event meaning.
5. Timeline and publication
Placement timing and level of visibility depend on submission date, production schedule, and available campaign capacity.
6. Changes and cancellations
Organizers must notify AAHF promptly of major changes or cancellations so listings can be updated and audience messaging can remain accurate.
7. Festival discretion
Acceptance into programming and marketing channels remains at AAHF's discretion and may be adjusted for mission alignment, logistics, and safety requirements.
